The newest AC drive VACON 100 FLOW is dedicated to improving flow control in industrial, Building Automation and Water & Wastewater applications. It combines the core functionality of VACON 100 with dedicated functions that are specially designed with flow control application processes in mind. The new series of VACON 100 FLOW is available in power range from 0.55 kW to 160 kW in IP21 or IP54approved enclosures.

Built-in applications as PID, HVAC and Multipump already have a set of parameters for easier commissioning. The user-friendly keypad can show 9 monitored signals and a trend display for two signals at the same time. Additionally to standard I/O signals, a wide variety of optional boards is available which ensures to fulfil the most demanding requirements.

VACON 100 FLOW is an AC drive that is dedicated to improving flow control and saving energy in industrial pump and fan applications.

Specifically designed features include Multipump solutions and application selection menus. They enhance pump performance and protect pipes and equipment to ensure reliable operation. Standard PID control uses a sensor to control pump speed instead of an external controller. This helps the drive to quickly react to fluctuations in demand for accurate process control and optimized energy savings.
